We call our Support Centre The Buzz Hub – it’s our bright, modern workspace built around collaborative working. It’s a great space to come together and work in – designed to spark creativity and share ideas.

The work our Support Centre teams do is all about ensuring our Club teams can deliver outstanding Customer experiences by giving them the tools, processes and support they need to do just that.

Our Support Centre teams include Customer Services, finance, procurement, HR and I.T.

We all come together as a team once a month for a business update meeting – and of course, a game or two of Bingo!

Hybrid

For us, hybrid working means we give you the choice of whether to work from home or from the office. We really value our time together in person as a team, so we all use the Buzz Hub for meetings and to work together.

These are roles where you’ll be working from our bright, modern workspace, the Buzz Hub in Nottingham. The Buzz Hub is easy to get to from the train station or by car, and is walkable from the centre of Nottingham.

These roles are not based in the Buzz Hub or in specific Clubs, instead you’ll be out and about working in various Clubs, so you need to be happy to travel.
