What is it like to be a Customer Assistant?

Customer Assistants (we call them Customer Hosts) are our multi-tasking, super-skilled Customer heroes who run things in our Clubs. A job as a Customer Assistant is a brilliant role for people who find it easy to talk to people, can remember the little details that really matter – we make a point of learning our Customers’ names, for example, and are great at making people feel at home.

What makes a great Customer Assistant?

It’s a job for people who like to be busy, and who are flexible and are happy to jump on any number of tasks on their shift. It’s all about teamwork, and offering a brilliant experience for our Customers, and being a Customer Assistant puts you right at the heart of that.

The ability to notice when jobs need to be done during quieter times in the Club and picking them up is something you’ll need to have.

On a busy shift, our Customer Assistants can clock up more than 20,000 steps! So not only are you doing great work keeping our Customers happy, but you’re keeping fit and active too. Win win!

 

What the role includes

Catering

Supporting our F&B team by delivering food and drink to our Customers, and helping to clear tables.

Customer Service

Helping our Customers is at the heart of the Customer Assistant role, ensuring they have a great time at Buzz.

Moving around the Club

Being a Customer Assistant is a busy role, you’ll be working across many different areas of the Club each day.
